SEASONAL FLAVOR We marry our organic Straus base with local organic Sierra Nevada cream cheese for a rich ice cream that has in-house GF yellow cake and a raspberry swirl sauce we make using local Mountain Fruit Co.'s raspberry jam.

Toasted Almond

SEASONAL FLAVOR Organic Straus dairy flavor that uses local Maisie Jane almonds for a uniquely simple flavor that pairs incredibly well with pies (especially cherry) and other flavors like Chocolate.
